help :/

ok soooo, the past few days I’ve had super bad pressure in my lower abdomen, I didn’t think anything of it but today I started cramping with it & getting super bad pains through my vagina, some even unbearable.. when I went to the bath room I noticed a pinkish discharge (not a lot) but enough to notice .. I’m only 31 weeks with my first so I’m at a total loss 😂 someone help 😩😩
