Just had my nst - 3 contractions in 20 mins
Doc said if they are not very painful, its ok to go.
But now i am worried and an hour after that i might have felt 6-8 more contractions. Ftm- so dont even know if that was it.
With every hardening of my stomach area, i am freaking out. I am only 35+3, so still preterm. How can i control it?
Sometimes i feel a little pressure down there, but mostly not. It is so scary.
