Have I misscaried

I would of been 4 weeks pregnant. But started bleeding for 4 days it went from brown to dark red with clots but no pain wat so ever. Now 5/6 days after bleeding no bleeding what so ever I have terrible back ache that I can barely walk from it and constantly getting dizzy please help. I am 16 nearly 17 and been with the same person for 4 years. I don’t know wether to take a pregnancy test or not invade it says I am pregnant but actually not is it to soon to test
