Hey, so I started smoking weed when i was 13, 14 but then I’ll smoke occasionally, but I stopped during high school and only smoke when i feel like it , because I would have bad anxiety attacks and I get paranoid . I know Indica makes me feel calm and I don’t really feel paranoid with indica, but with hybrid and sativa, I have to smoke it if i’m partying or going out and having fun with my friends. I’ve heard of CBD, but I don’t think I’ve tried it. I want to start smoking weed again, but because of my anxiety and panic attacks, I hate those triggers when I’m high and overthink, but what are your suggestions that I can do. I also want to lose weight and I know marijuana does that and my boyfriend is the product of losing weight from marijuana.
