🤔🤔🤔 New to cloth!

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and just starting my stash now. I plan on using mostly pocket diapers and have already bought about 12. 😁😁😁 They come with microfibre inserts but i’ve heard they aren’t the best. I ’m wondering what should I be stuffing my diapers with then? Are there any great affordable inserts you recommend on Amazon? - I keep searching but I’m so clueless on what to get! (Or any other site, really). And on that note, how many inserts should I be getting?

Also, should I purchase NB diapers or can I get by without? If not how many should I purchase? (Budget is tight!)
