Booty help??
So I currently go to the gym, mainly to help weight loss but to also tone up. I go about 2-3 times a week, but I’m trying to go more often, and I’m currently doing about 60-100 squats each session, along with some cardio and ab workouts, but my bum is literally seeing no progress?? Can anyone suggest some alternative or additional bum workouts that’ll help me to see a difference?
