What u think. Just had to walk to the store 2 miles I'm 31 weeks. I took a hot bath when I got back checked myself to c if I'm dialating and it feels like I am at a 1 or so and hurting bad to where I can't lift my leg on a step w out hurting n moving extremely slow.

Please don’t check yourself, it’s not really good to do that.. lay down, drink water, relax.. if the contractions go away you’re good.. if they don’t go away after an hour you may want to call your OB

Do not check yourself. Your only 31 weeks and aggravating the cervix can cause you to dilate and have your baby early

Don’t check yourself! It’s not the same as checking to see if you’re ovulating. I think that you should drink a ton of water and relax. Call L&D if you have more than 5 contractions in an hour, lasting for at least a minute. Other than that, they will most likely just monitor you and baby for 15 minutes and then send you home (I just went through the same experience a few nights ago).
