Concerns with recent iui

Has anyone experienced bleeding after iui? Day of I had very light spotting, day after it got heavier and now two days after it is staying pretty heavy. My doctor is telling me see doesn’t know why I am bleeding and there isn’t anything she can do. My concern is my uterine lining. If I am losing too much of it and would be too thin for implantation. Has anyone had bleeding and had their lining check and it been okay? I am really concerned I have no chance with all this bleeding after iui. 😢
