Should I go to the hospital?

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and being induced in 2 weeks due to preeclampsia. I see my Dr 2-3 times a week now that I’m high risk and my Dr is aware of my swollen feet. My feet are usually swollen but haven’t been this swollen. Should I call L&D/go to the hospital? After I took this picture I immediately elevated my feet. My husband was freaking out and poking them saying he can feel a bubble of fluid on the side of my feet

I had severe preeclampsia and my feet would do that and my legs would throb ! I would call them and see if they want you to come in to check on it and monitor baby while you’re there
