How many squats does it take to see a difference?

I love lifting but I never do squats at the gym because Im selfconcious of my form. And Im not about to start doing weighted squats at 22 weeks pregnant😂. But, Id like to start doing squats in front of the tv, maybe a few times a week or everyday if I can handle it. I have zero butt. How many squats should i do and how often should i do them to get the benefits?? (Easier delivery, rounder butt) i would love to have just a little shape to my booty even if it stays small😕.
