People who had ectopic pregnancies, what were your symptoms?

I’ve had some pretty intense back/ pelvic pain that is pretty much only on one side, but it radiates down my leg as well. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and I only spotted very lightly for a day when my period was due. (I do have pcos, so absent periods aren’t uncommon)

I had stabbing pains in my right side and shooting pains down my right leg I'm so lucky I caught it early. The pain was unbearable and my doctor sent me for an emergency scan which confirmed my baby was growing in my right tube. 
I caught it so early I was able to miscarry naturally. I was only 5w3d but I knew it didn't feel right. I had bloods drawn every 48hours to make sure HCG was declining. Please get seen xx

Answer

At one point I felt like someone was stabbing or pinching my side and it didn’t go away for about three hours. Bleeding as well on and off. If it continues I would highly recommend you see a doctor. It’s very dangerous if your tube bursts. I was rushed into surgery right before that thankfully but they thought I was just having a miscarriage.
