Bowel movement after c section???

I'm scared to go or try for a number 2... I havnt felt like I've needed to go But I've heard that it can be the best thing for after a c.section but I'm scared.. it's been about 28 hours from my section and I've been able to pee. Just not poo

My c-section was 10 years ago and o remember being so scared to go too, but then when I did I was like oh that wasn’t bad at all.

I’ve gone through two c-sections now and I was always scared I’d pop a stitch because I suck at bowel movements. The drs loaded me up with stool softener which did nothing for me but the instant I took a couple shots of aloe I was able to go no problem. 
If you do choose to try aloe please drink it with something that has flavor because “natural” aloe is disgusting.
