Oral progesterone question
Has anyone taken these oral progesterone pills rectally? I've been taking it vaginally but it leaks out and also sits in my vagina even after several hours. I insert it before bedtime and when I use the restroom in the morning I can see clumps of it in the toilet. I feel like I'm not absorbing it all. Also the pill is red so it's traumatizing to see red leakage on my liner especially after suffering a miscarriage. TIA!!!
