Big yellow/orange clump? help!

Okay so in July, a large ( a bit bigger than a coin) ball came out of me on the first day of my period. i had intense cramps and my period was also late. i was confused cus i’ve never had that happen on my period before :/// and i was confused and i squished it with paper and this yellow tinted fluid came out with something that looked like a small bean? i have no clue what it was and i have no pictures and google is no help. what is it??? pls help
