Contractions !???

I’m 21 weeks and always feel a hardening tightness in my lower abdomen but today I’ve been feeling it more then usual , not necessarily back to back but more then usual . Has anyone else had this same feeling ? Is it a contraction ?

It sounds like Braxton Hicks. Your body will occasionally have them during your pregnancy as your body changes and expands and begins to dilate. However, if you are experiencing them this early it’s likely because you aren’t getting enough fluid :) is try upping your water intake. It’s recommended you get 70 or more ounces of just water a day (soda, coffee and juice don’t count as part of that 70!).

My stomach tightens a lot when I bend down, walk a lot, after vacuuming etc..it’s aggravating! Lol I remember it doing that with my first too though! ☺️
