Pooping more?!

I’m currently almost 17 weeks and usually I’m super constipated during this pregnancy. Like I barely had a bowel movement in the last 3 days.

But today, I’ve already gone to the bathroom for #2 like 4 times in less than 9 hours. Is not diarrhea-like at all, it’s just more frequent. And I’ve been so gassy/bloated all day.

I’ve read that this kind of thing can be a sign of labor and I’m freaking out now 😧

Anyone having excessive bowel movements lately or had them and been ok?
