When did you all have your first period after birth? I'll be 6 weeks PP on Tuesday. I had very heavy bleeding for about 2 weeks, then it slowed down weeks 3-4, and I haven't had any bleeding until yesterday. I started spotting bright red and today it's a little heavier. No cramps yet, which is nice because I had excrutiating & heavy periods before getting pregnant. Just wondering if this is a period or just postpartum bleeding; I do have a doctor appointment Tuesday.
