Unsure if i ovulated or not.

Hello. This is my first month trying to conceive. My last cycle was 8/31 and according the the app my highest chance was pregnancy was 9/15. During that week i was taking ovulation tests and the testsonly showed high fertility. I never tested at the peak. I was using clear blue tests. The high fertility was a blinking smiley face and when you hit your peak it would be a solid smiley face and that was supposed to be my highest chance of pregnancy. Since i never had that. Does that mean i didn’t fully ovulate? Or is there still a chance i could be pregnant?
