so my boyfriend is in the navy. he and i have been together for 3 years now. we met Sophomore year and we just graduated high school together. we've talked about marriage in person before he left for the navy but it didnt really go any where. i love him a lot and i know he loves me too. I'm having a hard choice of getting married or not. the pros is that ill be able to be with the love of my life more (living with him on base) and it wouldn't be so hard cuz distance. cons ill have to leave my family friends and most likely put my future education on hold. he hasnt popped the question yet becuz he and i havent contacted in a while but in his last letter he was talking about marriage and having grandchildren. which is sweet and warms my heart that he wants to be with me forever. but you see everyone who graduated with me got married straight out of high school and are having children but im not sure if i want that rn. i wouldnt mind to be engaged for a while like until im 21 so i can drink legally. theres two things i want.. to marry him and to start my own career... i dont know what to choose. hes in chicago and im in texas
