Help I’m confused

I am 13 and only got my period twice. I am 9 days late now an I think I might be spotting. I not really sure what spotting is though. The first day of my first period was pretty normal but that was it for the first one. The second one was extremely light and barely anything for about 3 days but I still got cramps. I don’t know if I am spotting or not and I tried google but it didn’t help. Please fill me in. I’m confused
