Sorry just worried
Just had a really really hard poop. Multiple hard poops. And belly kinda hurts. And when I finally pooped it was hard and felt like a pushed a hard brick out. It was nice to poop but made my face prob bright red and pushed a lot. Can anything happen to me. Like inside. Just have anxiety. Like I know women can push a baby out but am I ok
