Tingling?

I just noticed the pinky and ring finger of my left hand started to have some numbness and tingling this morning. My whole pinky and about half of my ring finger from the tip. Any ideas about what it may be? It doesn’t hurt, sting, or burn. It’s just like when your leg or hand falls asleep and you have to shake it for a minute to get the blood flowing right again only mine is staying numb and tingly. I’ll go to a doctor next week if it persists... but any ideas? Has anyone had his before? No recent injuries either.
