😫🙏 need some opinions🤔

So.. this is my first cycle tracking my ovulation as I have PCOS but still have fairly regular 39 days cycles, according to glow it will be my ovulation day tomorrow and according to my strips it's positive but my digital reader has picked up NO rise or lh surge😞!? I do feel some sharp pains today lower down and have had more cm than usual but NOT stretchy?! Does anyone have any ideas weather I am or not?
