You really can’t clean them properly (trust me i tried😅), so there will be bacterial growth in it that will instant spoil your milk, and in the worst case: Make your baby sick
When you want someting reusable, you can always opt for (plastic or glass) babybottles with closed top/lid, the Avent stackeble cups with lid or maybe even tupperware(make sure it’s BPA free). 
There may be even more creative solitions that i can’t think of now🤓
