I got the job

I just moved back home to NM. I’m starting a new job on Monday. I’m 8 weeks pregnant today. When will be the best time to tell them about my pregnancy. I was thinking about telling them when I’m 12 weeks. I’m so nervous and scared to tell them 😫😒
