Losing weight in first trimester?

Ladies is this normal??
I have had nausea and no vomiting this whole pregnancy , the nausea wasn’t enough to where I was barely eating throughout the day 
I’m 12 weeks 4 days I haven’t weighed myself today but last time I did I was 4-5 pounds lighter than I was when I got pregnant. 
Is this ok? I HAVE been drinking water everyday nearly all day and before pregnancy I did not so maybe that’s why??

Lost 10 lbs in first tri due to nausea, food aversions and lack of appetite. It will come back!

No nausea but food aversions....currently 12/1 and down 5 lbs.

Yes it’s normal and okay. I lost 14 pounds my last pregnancy and my doc told me as long as I’m taking my prenatals it’s fine. You’ll start to gain it back later on

I lose weight my first trimester too due to morning sickness.

I lost 10lbs during my first trimester, also just nausea no vomiting. By third trimester I gained those 10 back plus another 15lbs.  It's all perfectly normal!

Im 9 weeks, so far down about 16lbs. . That was down to hyperemises that started at week 5. Absolutely horrible. Luckily starting to get my appetite back now. Still 🤮 at night.

I'm 23 weeks and am still 1.5kgs lighter than I was when I fell pregnant. Midwives are happy and say bub and I are healthy and that I will begin to put some on soon 😊 dont stress!
