Cramping

I’m 12dpo and took a test yesterday morning... BFN. Woke up in the middle of the night to cramping. Cramped most of the night and into the morning. Once I got up and moving it went away. Period is due in 2 days. So question is, how many have had cramping before a BFP? I usually cramp the first day of AF and that’s about all.

We have been TTC for 9 months now. One chemical two months ago. It is so draining and idk how much longer I can handle the heart break.
