Not doubling hcg should I prepare for the worst?

My levels only went up 13% in 38hours. Should I prepare myself for the worst?? I have had 3 losses so far this is my 4th pregnancy was really hoping for some better news this time. Any experience it stories please??

I know this post is SUPER old but I am wondering the outcome. My hcg only went up by 27% and I don't have high hopes.
