TMI! Green discharge?

So last night my SO and I were fighting and I was crying a lot so I’m assuming I got pretty dehydrated. I woke up this morning with a constant tight belly. Maybe BH but it was constant. I drank some water and my SO and I had some pretty rough oral sex that involved fingering. My vagina is sore and kind of swollen and I have this discharge coming out. Maybe a UTI that I didn’t know about? Or something else? It looks kind of green to me but maybe it’s normal
