Could this be labor?!

I have horrible pressure and feels like ripping muscles all over my lady bits and the top right side of my belly feels like burning ripping pain. It's even sore and hot to the touch. Also, I'm 35 weeks and I was 1cm dilated on Monday.

Definitely call your OB if it’s constant pain. Doesn’t sound like labor but could be a sign of something not so good.
