My 4 month old hasn’t got teeth yet and she’s my first so I’m not sure what teething symptoms are. Last night she started to sound congested and now all day today she has had a runny nose. The last couple days too she cries and cries and cries and I feel so bad because nothing I do helps her, I have her gripe water and it doesn’t help, I have her tempra and it seemed to help a bit. But the only way I can get her to calm down is taking her for a long drive in the car. Is a runny nose a sign of teething? Her gums do seem a bit swollen
