Sciatic Pains ?

Anyone found anything to help their sciatic pains? Mine are so bad i can’t get my three year old out the truck, barely can walk, let alone i can’t even sleep without it waking me up.😩
25 weeks pregnant / first pregnancy.

I had it so bad I literally could not walk or roll over in bed or work or anything. I started doing stretches and bought a super belly support belt that lifted the weight off my pelvis. After a week or so I feel almost 100% better

Look up some stretches on google. I have and they have helped a lot. Just make sure to hold it for at least 30 seconds and do it 2-3 times
