Confirmed twins but...
I was sitting here looking at my first ultrasound pics from a couple weeks ago and started wondering what this 3rd looking sac could be. I have had multiple people say it looks like there is a third but it was never mentioned from the tech.
Update: bed side ultrasound showed only 2. Doc believes it was a weird angle or a subchoronic hemorrhage.
