so, i was at my moms friend’s house and we’ve known each other since before i was born so i consider her as an aunt. i told them about how my boyfriend broke up with me and her son was like “i’m going to be really mad at him forever! ” and his mom was like “don’t say that. i understand you’re mad and what he did wasn’t right” and then she said the most amazing thing ever. “all girls need to be respected, and no guy should ever hurt a girl.” and that made my night. i don’t know why. but it’s so true. not that we should show less respect to guys but girls really do need to be treated with more respect. and then all night her son was complimenting all the girls about how beautiful they looked and wow. talk about a well-raised little boy❤️
