Too soon for vow renewal?

I’m 21 and my husband is 23. We’ve been married for about a year and a half. We did a little ceremony at a park with basically just his parents and a couple friends. My parents or friends were not there at all. We were kinda rushed because I was pregnant and we knew we wanted to be married before we brought our baby into the world, but part of me hates that I missed out on getting a wedding dress, having my first dance, the father daughter dance, and all the other blissful things that go along with your wedding day. I think our only option to have something close to it is a vow renewal. But would it be dumb to have a vow renewal when you haven’t even been married ten years? Honest opinions or if you have any other ideas please let me know 💗
