It can be, but it's also possible that the Plan B didn't work and you could be pregnant. Plan B heavily messes with your cycle which is why it should be taken to seldomly. Take a pregnancy test in  case.

If Plan B is the same as what Australians call the”morning after pill” then I have a story... 
Hubby and I went away for a weekend and had us some hot hot loving the Friday night, Saturday morning- I realised I hadn’t packet my birth control pills 🤦‍♀️ so I went down to chemist and stocked up on condoms & bought the morning after pill. Took it maybe 8hours after sex. Thought everything was aok, fast forward 8 weeks- I’m at the gym & I throw up a little in my mouth....hmmm that was strange, I couldn’t be pregnant could I? 
Well yes yes I was... we obviously don’t tell her that story 😂 If it was me I’d be thinking about a pregnancy test in the next week or so. 
I took the pill as we had paid for an overseas holiday that would have had us in Africa the week she was due (obviously postponed) 
Try not to stress about it, stress won’t change anything if you are or aren’t, you still have options if you need them. Good luck 😘
