What can I expect at a spa maternity massage? I have trouble laying on my back and obviously cannot lay on my stomach 🤣 I am wondering what the process is? Anyone had one done this late in pregnancy?

My older sister is here visiting and has insisted I need one as I am scheduled to be induced on Thursday and has very generously paid for a hotel spa day for me. My ankles are now cankles and the swelling in my feet is atrocious! I feel weird getting a massage at this stage 🤷
