Don't know what to do

I started bleeding Wednesday at 6 weeks scan shown yolk sac still in place couldn't see anything wrong.

Told to go away come back in 2 weeks.

I'm still bleeding with on off period pains using 1 pad a day.

Also my hcg is rising but not doubling but doctors said as long as they going up it's okay.

I don't know if I can wait 2 week as I'm still bleeding I just want to know if everything is fine or if I'm losing the baby.
