I am 37 weeks along and my midwife recommended we do a membrane sweep on my next appointment. I have 2 other children and had never been offered this or knew about what it was. Can some of you ladies give me details on how it went for you and what I should expect afterwards? Pain, cramps, bleeding, contractions?
