Squeezing white stuff out my nipples?

White milk like stuff comes out but I thought milk didn’t come in until after birth and I’m only 5 1/2 months, is it normal?

It’s called colostrum that is what comes out first before the actual breast milk.

It is amazing how our bodies prepare for this adventure. idk if you are aware but that kind of nipple stimulation can cause contractions to start.

It’s colostrum. It’s comes in pretty early and can be white, yellow, or even clear before e baby is born. Shouldn’t be anything to worry about but you can ask your doctor at your next appointment just in case. Hopefully means your body is ready to feed that baby!

mine started coming out when i squeezes them at just 10dpo 😒 now sooo much comes out if i even hold my boob lol. veeeery annoying
