IBS Problems
Hi everyone I’m really suffering with my ibs is anyone else? I’ve had to stop taking my meds as I’m not allowed to have them while pregnant and I’m super uncomfortable with bad bloating wind and cramps 😩😩 anyone got any ideas how to help it cos I’m pretty miserable lol x
