Safe medication for constipation?

I’ll be 13w and for the past almost 2w I’ve been constipated. I haven’t had a bowel movement in like 4 days 😭 is there anything safe to take during pregnancy?

Any stool softener I believe. Added fiber and extra water has been working for me though (when I actually do it...)

I would drink prune juice and have 2 dried prunes a day so that helped me.

My doctor also suggested Milk of Magnesia

Colace, miralax, prunes. I like really warm water with a big squeeze of lemon, I chug a glass right when I wake up, works in 5 minutes!
