Tender boobs

I am three days past ovulation, and my boobs are really sore. Does this mean that I’m gonna be getting my period as expected which is 11 days away or could it be early sign of baby?? I wish!!!! We have only been trying for three months, I just really wanted to happen sooner rather than later.
