Im 10dpo

I've had 3 brands faint lines and its been 9 days and 7 days since I could have conceived my boobs are really really sore now been having cramps not like my PMS cramps is it still to early to test or is the faint lines a really good chance I'm pregnant I did have a mc but my levels dropped from thousands and thousands within a hr and my boobs soreness went away so I no it's nothing to do with the MC at all and now the white cm is back opinions please 😣😥😮🙄
