What are these marks?

I’m not too concerned because I thought they were stretch marks but in the past few days they’ve gotten bigger and multiplied.

They’re on my inner thighs by the way. They can’t be marks from shaving or waxing because I’ve never shaved above my thighs. But i am still going through puberty so they could very well be stretch marks. I would greatly appreciate it if someone who has had them or knows what they are could share some info. I will go to the doctor if there’s any possibility of them being more then stretch marks.
