Any positive VBAC stories after a horrible C-Section experience?

I want another child since I’m still young, but I’m so scared of the whole pregnancy/labor/delivery experience again. I had SPD almost my whole pregnancy and even a bit after his birth. I was induced 8 days after my due date because I wasn’t getting any contractions or anything on my own. I made it to 10cm after 12 hours, but had a c-section anyway because “my body stopped going into labor”. Also, I had to be put asleep for my C-Section cause I wasn’t getting numb enough. Overall it was a mess that I’d rather not repeat.

Does anybody have any feedback or personal stories? Thanks!
