Would you stop breastfeeding after 12 mos?

My husband wants no more children. This may very well be our last. She loves the breast. She’s 9.5 months old. I developed unexplained hypertension at 3 mos pp (super weird as I’m very active and exercised up til my delivery date and resumed immediately postpartum!). I have been forced to take a breastfeeding friendly med. We just switched insurances and the med is ridiculously expensive. We can afford it, but I cringe at the payment. It’s absolutely unreasonable. I missed BF’ing so much after my first and know I will again after this babe too. Hubs suggested I stop BF’ing at 12 mos so I can switch meds and really try to get to the bottom of the BP issue. I know I will be devastated if this is indeed our last (if I wean baby girl earlier than I wanted). What would you do?
