Feeling hopeless

6 months of TTC and no luck. My first child came easily. I was pregnant within 3 weeks with him. About to be 31 now and it feels impossible. No more EWCM and nothing is helping. We have sex everyday during my fertile window and nothing. This month my period is late, threw up for 5 days and a urine AND blood test both save negative. My heart just breaks that everyone around me is having their 4th or 5th kid after 1 month of trying and I can’t even get pregnant.......
