Working shifts 3-10 10-10 10am-10:30am sleep shift

I am working shifts and sleeps where sometimes you don't sleep till 2am and then up at 7am with no set breaks may I add. I'm finding it really difficult to work these shifts changing my sleep routine almost every week. I feel like this is adding extra stress to my life that I don't need right now with being 14weeks pregnant causing me to be exhausted and suffer with headaches on a daily basis. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this struggle and if there is anything that the doctor can advise to maybe allowy work to put me on a consistent shift pattern.
