Nipple piercings?

So. I’m considering getting my nipples pierced. Anyone have them. Pros, cons, pain and aftercare ?

They’re a pain in the ass. They hurt like a bitch to get pierced, the second one hurt the worst. After getting them pierced, WEAR A BRA, especially if you are bigger in that area. The weight of your boobs on them, hurts for the first couple weeks. They take FOREVER to heal. I’ve had mine done for two years, and my left one still gives me issues. It still has yet to properly heal. I’ve always used bactine to clean all my piercings, never had issues. It numbs them a little which is nice. I always cleaned them about 2-3 times a day for way more than 6 weeks. More like a few months. Because they will crust up for way longer than the 6 weeks.

Pretty much what has been said. I will echo that mine are still healing a year down the line, they can take two years or longer to fully heal. My right one gives me issues all the time, it was the worst one when being pierced and any knock sets it off again which is a pain. 
But aside from that I LOVE them and so does my bf. Just a shame he can’t be rough with the right one.

I had pretty great experience w mine, only con would be them getting accidentally snagged or bumped while at work or showering.
I kept up w the aftercare, 3x/day for like first 2 months then 2x/day after they were healing. Never had an infection or issue w them.
I will suggest you ensure you’re able to keep up w the aftercare! I feel like so many people want them now bc they’re trendy but can’t take care of them and deal w them getting infected/rejected.
